I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet with no disturbances from other guests or outside noise, and I appreciated the added touch of the biscuits. However, being located at the very top of the hotel without a lift was a slight inconvenience. The bed was super comfy, and having clean sheets, fresh towels, tea bags, and a kettle made my stay very pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were huge, warm, spotlessly clean, and the double bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were all very helpful during both check-in and check-out, making my experience even better. The location was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff, great cleanliness, and an excellent breakfast. However, the dining experience could have been better, as the advertised full English breakfast was missing some key elements. Overall, a great choice for my trip to London.
